Agent is sending logs to Management Console now

Available in Resilio 2.12 and newer.

This message appears in the Agent UI when a user tries to quit the Agent. It means that the Resilio administrator has created a support request on the Management Console and debug logs from this Agent are being uploaded to the Management Console. If the user chooses to quit the Agent anyway, log submission will be interrupted and the support request creation will fail.
