Debug logging for selected Agents is disabled

Debug logging for selected Agents is disabled, so the log files won’t have records of the reported problem. Enable logging in the Agent Profile, reproduce the issue and send the logs in the support request.

Problem

The warning message was introduced in MC v3.6. and may appear when submitting a new support case. It means that one or more Agents has their debug logs disabled, so the reported problem is not recorded in the log and support team won't be able to diagnose it.

Resolution

Enable debug logging in the Agent Profile. To do it, locate the Agent showing the error in global agents list, open its overview and see what Agent Profile it uses:mceclip0.png

Open the Profile, switch "Debug logging" to "Yes" and save. The setting will be applies to all other Agents using this Profile.

Reproduce the issue again after enabling debug logging or give Resilio Connect some time to run if the issue reproduces sporadically. That allows Agent(s) to capture the issue traces in debug logs.

Then submit the support case again and select to send the debug logs from affected Agents.
