Collecting server database

Sometimes Resilio Active Everywhere Support may request you to collect Management Console database. Follow the instruction below to collect requested information.

  • Download sanitizer tool (attached to this article). This tool is intended to strip off sensitive data from your database - job keys, cloud access keys and tokens, etc.
  • Stop Management Console
  • Open a terminal, navigate to the folder where sanitizer tool is downloaded

  • Run the tool with the parameter pointing to the path of your Management Console storage folder

    Windows:C:\ProgramData\Resilio\Connect Server\data
    Linux:${resilio_connect_server_dir}/var/data
    mceclip0.png

  • Sanitizer will create an output folder sanitizer_output in the current directory
    mceclip1.png

  • Collect all the content of this folder and send to Resilio Connect Support engineer

  • Start Management Console
