System health and quality monitoring services
Resilio collects performance information as well as metrics data from Management Console installations to monitor for performance issues and the overall program health.

No private data is collected without the knowledge of the Resilio Console Admin.

General Management Console health status
The Resilio team periodically monitors to confirm if a Management Console with
a subscription license is up and running and if licensed Agents are connected
and jobs are configured. Resilio is unable to see the names, details, or
configuration details of the setup, only the number of Agents to verify it
matches the licensed Agents.
Resilio monitors the health status for changes in usage to ensure customers
are obtaining the value of the product and assist customers whose usage
decreases or stops.
This tracking can be disabled by the Console Administrator by following these
instructions: Edit the Management Console's configuration
file and add a
line at the end of the config on the top level and restart the Management
Console(works for v2.12.6 and newer).

Debug logs and crash dumps
When an Administrator contacts Resilio's Customer
Support and
submits debug logs, audit.log, and crash dumps from the Agents and/or the
Management Console, these logs are uploaded to Resilio's servers for the
Customer Support team to analyze and investigate. The files are stored for
another 30 days after the submitted ticket is closed, and then automatically
permanently deleted.
The log files shared can contain IP addresses of the MC, Agents, Tracker and
Proxy Servers, Job Paths and Filenames. Audit.log contains also the usernames
of the users that make any changes on the MC. Crash dumps contain system
information.
These files are never sent to the Resilio team without an explicit action by
the Resilio Management Console Administrator.
License updates and usage statistics
Each Management Console automatically reaches out to Resilio's license server:
https://connect-license.resilio.com/check_connect.php
every 24 hours, upon
startup, or when an Administrator checks for license updates. If a new license
is discovered, it's automatically downloaded and applied. Also, tickets
counter in the license, total and available are being
checked.
The following statistics data is collected
MC version and whether options to collect the statistics are enabled or not.
Number of successful logins to the MC since the previous license ping.
Whether or not there's at least one API token configured on MC (do not count
the number of tokens), number of API calls for the last 24 hours.
Number of proxy servers configured on the MC.
License packages and a number of Agents using each of them.
Total number of Agents connected to the MC, number of licensed Agents.
Total number of configured jobs for the moment, and number of launched job
runs for the last 24 hours.
Number of Agent-Cloud storage path configuration.
Total number of bytes and files transferred for for all time of usage.
Max speed of transfer for the last 24 hours.
