Apply profiles

A profile is a set of configuration parameters that control Agents' behavior in the Jobs they participate in. Agent's behavior in the context of a specific Job is determined by the combination of both the Job Profile and the Agent Profile settings.

Agent Profile

You can apply an Agent Profile to a group of Agents. You can do it while creating a group, or by editing an existing one.

To apply an Agent Profile to an existing group:

1. Select Groups.
2. Locate and select the group to which you want to assign the Agent Profile to, then click EDIT.

3. In the PROFILE tab, choose the profile and click Save.

   

Job Profile

To apply a new Job Profile to an existing Job.

1. Select Jobs > CONFIGURE JOBS, then locate and click the Job to which you want to assign the Job Profile to.

2. In the PROFILE tab, choose the profile and click Save.
