2FA in Management the Resilio Management Console

Resilio Active Everywhere v2.11 and newer supports 2FA for Management Console local Admins and Users. Resilio Active Everywhere uses software tokens for MFA.

Generally, what is 2FA?

Known limitations

  • Super Admins cannot enable 2FA for other users in the MC. Each user must login and enable it for own account individually, and this change gets recorded into the audit.log file.
  • 2FA is not supported for Domain users (Azure AD). Only local MC users can enable 2FA. Azure AD user security is handled controlled by how Administrators set up their Azure Security.

MC internet connection

Your Management Console must have an internet connection to process 2FA requests.
