Resilio Active Everywhere - A file synchronization and access platform based on a peer-to-peer architecture. Also: RC

Management Console (MC) - Centralized management web based tool to configure and monitor data transfer jobs. Also: Management Console, Console, MC, Resilio Console.

Agents - Light-weight clients that actually do the transfer of data or execution of scripts. Agents are installed on servers and workstations, receive jobs configuration from Management Console, perform the tasks and report back to the Console on status.

Jobs - A set of Agents, storage locations and parameters that define the data flow pattern. There are several types of jobs available.

Job run - A single run of a job with its start and finish, either failed or successful. Not all job types can have several job runs. Fore more information, see Understanding Job Runs.

Read-write agents, read-only agents - The agents that got read-write or read-only permissions in a job, mainly referred to in a synchronization of job. FOr more information, see Access Permissions For Agents Explained. Also: RW, RO agents.

Profile - A set of settings for an Agent or a Job. For more information, see Profiles.

Tracker server - A special type of server that helps Agents to discover each other's location. For more information, see Role Of Tracker Server In Resilio Connect. Also: Resilio tracker, tracker.

License package - A license unit with a set of features which is assigned to a single Agent. For more information, see Apply License And Assign License Packages To Agents.

Storage connector - Storage connector object defines cloud storage connection parameters. Create a storage connector and assign it to an Agent to facilitate data transfer to and from cloud storage solutions.

Trusted Platform Module (TPM) - A secure cryptoprocessor designed to enhance hardware security by managing encryption keys and ensuring system integrity.
