Resilio Active Everywhere 5
Resilio Active Everywhere v5 goes with the following functionality. Download page is available here.
Features overview
-
Data Managers Console
Empower your teams with tailored access through the new Data Managers Console. This feature allows you to assign specific jobs to data managers, enabling them to manage and sync only their designated projects. Streamline workflows, enhance security, and ensure that each team member has the precise permissions they need to operate efficiently. For more information, see Data Managers Console. -
Speed scaleout
Seamlessly organize your data across storage layers for maximum efficiency. For more information, see Speed Scaleout Cluster. -
TCP Multistream
Resilio's TCP Multistream feature enhances data transfer performance by enabling multiple TCP connections within a single tunnel, particularly beneficial in high-latency or UDP-restricted networks. For more information, see TCP Multistream And Multipool. -
Option not to overwrite newer files on destination Agents in Distribution job
Feature in Resilio ensures that during distribution jobs, destination Agents will skip downloading files if their local versions are newer. This helps preserve recent changes on destination devices and prevents unnecessary overwrites. For more information, see Don't overwrite newer files on destination Agents in distribution jobs. -
New high-performance hashing algorithm
To enable xxHash128 addtransfer_job_hashing_algo=3to Job profile before starting the job. xxHash128 generates shorter 16-byte hashes, significantly increasing hashing speed. This is especially beneficial when synchronizing pre-seeded datasets, as it reduces processing time while maintaining sufficient hash uniqueness for integrity verification.
